NicerFL believes that access to careers and postsecondary education are important parts of individual and community empowerment!
Mentors receive training and resources from NicerFL staff focused on graduation milestones and skills: researching careers, applying for college, writing personal statements, completing financial aid and scholarship applications, and transitioning to college life.
- Individual Mentoring for college and university applicants has flexible scheduling based on student’s goals and mentor availability.
- Supported by our committed volunteers and partnering organizations, students find safety and connection, academic support and enrichment, and the opportunity to lead and build skills for the future.
